27 Weeks

How far along: 27 weeks!! This is my last week in the second trimester!

How big is the baby: My app says that Baby McD is 14 inches long and around 2lbs. Now first, Im not sure how 14 inches fits in my stomach... this ought to be interesting. And second, there is no way this kid is albs, he has to be more. The Dr said that he is in the 95 percentile for size. Holy Crap!!! ("genetics" haha, sorry, love you JJ)

Total weight gain: My weight to starting to plateau (sp?) which is a relief. I think total Ive gained around 11 lbs so far.  Not bad for almost 7 months! and its all in my belly, i feel it weighing me down!

Stretch Marks: still negative! Thank you yucky smelling Cocoa butter. PS I will never be able to look at cocoa butter the same after all this

Best moment of the week: The baby was kicking pretty good and JJ had his hand on my stomach. Then he decided that he wanted to hear the baby move. So he put his head to my stomach and the kid Judo kicked him in the ear. He jumped, it was pretty funny. 

Worst moment of the week: So i kind of embarrassed myself this week. Thank goodness JJ loves me. SO: he burped, and I yelled at him. Then he proceeded to point out that I had jump burped, stuffed my face like woah, and unbutton my pants... I can only imagine how attractive I looked to him. 

Symptoms: With the kid getting bigger and bigger, finding comfortable positions is starting to get annoying, especially around bed time. It doesn't help with I have the cat and the dog normally laying on me as well. 

Movement: His kicks/ punches are getting stronger and stronger. and ive noticed he is moving more frequently.  He actually got scared the other day. I think JJ yelled about something and the kid freaked out! He was tumbling all over the place. 

Have you started to show?: Heck yes... I don't think Ive gotten that big then i look at these pictures. Damn is all I have to say

Wedding Rings On or Off: on :)

What I’m looking forward to: JJ and I are starting to make progress on the house. The nursery is coming along and JJ moved the kitty litter box into the closet so I can now take bubble baths... Im soooo excited!

What I miss the most:  Being able to sleep on my belly. I can do like this awkward side ways "running man" position which is the closet to sleeping on my stomach.
